Refund policy

As a small, family-owned business, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with our products and services. However, given our size and operational capacity, our return and exchange policy differs from many larger corporations.

  1. No Refunds: We regret to inform you that we are not able to offer refunds on any products, even in case of a defect.

  2. Exchanges for Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we are more than willing to exchange it. Exchanges for defective items can be made within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at joy@theshepherdoflife.com with a detailed description of the issue and attach relevant pictures or video of the defect for our review. Upon approval, we will guide you through the exchange process.

  3. Exchanges Only: If an item is defective, you have the option to exchange it for the exact same item, if available. If the same item is not available, you may exchange it for an item of equal value. Please note, the exchanged item must be in stock at the time of the exchange request.

Please note that we reserve the right to verify any claims of defective products before processing an exchange. Misuse or mishandling of the product will not be considered a valid reason for an exchange.
